Meuhedet New Worker Onboarding

This onboarding video for Meuhedet, a major Israeli healthcare provider, was fully designed and animated in After Effects. I was solely responsible for the storyboard, visual design, animation, and sound design, working from an initial script provided by the client and art director. Over the course of the project, both the structure and visual direction underwent significant changes. The client initially provided vague and sometimes conflicting input, so the art director and I worked closely to clarify their goals and guide the project toward a cohesive, engaging final product. The resulting animation introduces new employees to Meuhedet’s values and workplace culture through a clean, modern, and friendly aesthetic—featuring bright, flowing organic shapes that convey a calm, professional tone aligned with the brand identity.
